Shipping Policy
How delivery works.
Areas
Free delivery to the UK mainland. The Scottish Highlands and islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles and Northern Ireland may carry a surcharge, quoted before payment.
Timescales
Typically 6-12 weeks from order, depending on model and season. We book a delivery slot with you once the pod is ready.
Access
Panels are moved by hand to the installation point. You need a reasonably clear route of about 1m wide. Tell us at order stage if access is tight, over a neighbour's land, or through the house.
Failed deliveries
If a booked delivery fails due to access or no one being present, a re-delivery charge may apply.
