1. About us

BuyGardenPods UK, an independent retailer of garden office pods, contactable on 0333 015 0140 and via buygardenofficepods.co.uk.

2. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send an order confirmation. We may decline an order (for example, stock, pricing errors or delivery area). Prices include VAT. A deposit may be required to secure a build slot, with the balance due before delivery.

3. Pricing errors

If a price is obviously wrong we will contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel and refund.

4. Delivery & risk

Delivery timescales are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery; title passes on full payment. You are responsible for a suitable, level base and clear access.

5. Installation

Where installation is purchased, you must provide a completed base, access, and (for electrics) a qualified electrician. Additional work identified on site may be chargeable and quoted first.

6. Cancellation & returns

7. Guarantees

Anti-rot, structural and hardware guarantees apply as stated on each product page, subject to correct base, assembly, ventilation and maintenance.

8. Liability

Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury from negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price paid for the goods.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Your statutory rights are not affected.
